Gate unit for StakPak^TM

The StakPak Gate Unit offers the following features:

• Software programmable ON and OFF current sources

• Custom and application specific ON/OFF behaviour

• Very low jitter

• Collector-Emitter voltage measurement

• Short circuit detection (SC1, SC2)

• Very low inductive gate connection to the IGBT

• VGON voltage adjustable with a potentiometer

• Up to 20V VGON voltage possible on request

• Active clamping

• High insulation

• Optional with housing and support for easy mechanical adaption
